100% charity Gut Aiderbichl rescue operation

For thousands of years, milk has been a staple in human nutrition – but today’s consumption-driven dairy industry poses serious problems for animals and the environment.
In order for cows to produce milk, they must give birth to a calf every year. These calves are usually separated from their mothers immediately after birth: males often end up in slaughterhouses, while females are raised to become high-performance dairy cows – a short and painful life.
Daniela Brunner is actively committed to protecting these animals through her fashion label Giulia & Romeo.
She rescued four calves she met on a dairy farm and had grown deeply attached to, giving them a second chance at life on Gut Aiderbichl.
Their story is meant to raise awareness – about the hidden suffering behind milk production and the responsibility we all carry through the choices we make as consumers.
